Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room we booked, a Delux suite, was spacious, very clean, and modern with a huge bathroom. It was exactly what we needed after a long flight and extensive touring. The view from our balcony on the side with a glimpse of the sea was a nice touch, although some others in our group couldn't see the sea from their rooms. The room design and finish were basic for a high-end hotel but really clean and comfortable.
I loved the hotel's amazing balcony views over the city and the sea, but the initial room delay was a hassle. The staff were friendly and polite, although their payment process felt a bit abrupt. The location is perfect for the beach, but a bit pricey. The dining was delicious, though the breakfast situation was odd. Overall, a good choice with its pros and cons.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were surprisingly great, very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was fantastic, just two minutes from the beach, and very near a 24-hour supermarket and some great restaurants and bars. The staff was very helpful to me, especially when I had problems with my flights. The dining experience was more than adequate, and the hotel had lovely facilities.
Upon arriving, I found the rooms to be comfortable and clean, offering a view over the uninspiring car park next door. The service was exceptional, everyone at the reception desk was so attentive, polite, and kind. The location, while close to the beach, was a bit far from the city center, yet ideal for those seeking a beach holiday. The dining experience was very good, although it was strange having paid for breakfast. The hotel facilities were top-notch.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although some had great views due to the surrounding towers, were just okay. We were lucky to have a balcony overlooking the sea, but not everyone in our group was so fortunate. The service was kind and respectful overall, but it took a conversation with the shift manager to get a response from the staff. The location is good, being very close to the beach but a bit far from the city center.
The hotel offers fantastic showers and pillows in the rooms, but be prepared for extra charges upon arrival. Some rooms have balconies with sea views while others may not. The service is friendly and attentive, though some instances of unexpected entry and reckless driving were noted. The location is stunning and vibrant, very accessible to everything in Tel Aviv. The dining experience offers excellent selections for non-kosher guests but with room for improvement. Overall, a mixed experience with strong points in location and service.
